Before you write

Wondering whether the tool covers your situation? The tool will tell you, and faster than we can. It is free to work through: you answer the questions, it checks everything, and if your matter is one it cannot handle it stops and says exactly which part and why. You only pay at the very end, once every check has passed and you have seen precisely what your orders will say. Nobody pays to find out their matter cannot be completed, so there is nothing to lose by starting.

We cannot answer questions about what you should agree to, what a fair division looks like, or what your orders ought to say. That is legal advice and we do not give it, to anyone, ever. The Court's find-a-lawyer directory is the neutral place to start, and the national register of accredited mediators is at amdras.au/mediators.

And please do not send us documents or financial details. We have no way to read a matter and no wish to hold a copy of one. Neither form on this site accepts attachments, deliberately.
